Eric L. Wilson has served as the Senior Minister at the Fairview Road church of Christ for 5 years. Wilson has been married for 15 years to a wonderful wife, Sharita, and has two sons, Canaan and Jordan. Wilson has a BA in Communications and a MA in Critical Studies. His doctoral research focus is on Performance Studies analysis of the Church of Christ and the role memory plays in spiritual transformation. Wilson is an award winning playwright and director. Over a dozen of his plays have been produced and he has recieved the Lorraine Hansberry Playwright Award as well as the George Burns and Gracie Allen Award in directing.

J. Matthew Sleeth, M.D., resigned as a hospital’s chief of medical staff and ER director to lecture, write and preach about creation care and the environment. He is the author of Serve God, Save the Planet: A Christian Call to Action. Sleeth is a graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine and has two post-doctoral fellowships. He has been a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the College of Emergency Physicians and the College of Executive Physicians, but says the most meaningful initials behind his name – M.D. – stand for “My Daddy.”

He earned his BA and MA from ACU and attended Vanderbilt University for his Ph.D. He has also served as the President for the Institute of Christian Studies and as the Director of the Institute for the Study of Christian Origins in Tuebingen Germany.

Kevin Murray is married to Linda and they have three teenage children: James, Jason, and Jessica. Kevin received his BA at UCLA in Political Science. At California State University he took an M.A. in Educational Psychology. He has done postgraduate work at Harding and Fuller Theological Seminary, and is currently doctoral student at Pepperdine University, in Educational Technology. He is both the Minister of Alondra Boulevard Church of Christ and an Administrator with Lynwood Unified School District. Kevin is marathon runner, who has competed in Los Angeles, New York, Florida, and Hawaii.

He has published many scholarly articles and has been active on Leaven’s Editorial Board since 1990.
